Slowing Down was a workshop in the Srishti Interim 2016 by sound artists Ximena Alarcon and Vipin Bhati. It explored concepts like Deep Listening and Sonic Meditation, and why it is important for us to listen with our bodies. I was lucky enough to join them on their getaway to Coorg and document their journey. 

On a study trip to Auroville and Sadhana Forest in my first year, we visited Aqua Dyn, a water purifying technology that treats and 'dynamises' water with electromagnetic waves of light and sound. It theorises that water has energy and the ability to retain information.

The first time I opened a video editing software was to document Karma Darji, our PG cook. I know a lot of things can be improved upon, but since this was from the class that attracted me to video making, I am not unhappy with it.
